Course Policies
📚 Course & Program Policies
At Making Champions of Change, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, practical professional learning experiences that support real, sustainable change in schools. The policies below apply to all courses, toolkits, trainings, and coaching programs offered through our site.
1. Access & Format
All digital courses, webinars, and toolkits are delivered online through a secure platform (e.g. Kajabi). Upon purchase or registration, you’ll receive an email with instructions to create your account and access your content.
If you don’t see the email within 10–15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, especially if you’re using a school or district email.

2. Usage Rights
Your purchase includes a non-transferable license for individual or school team use. You may download, copy, and use materials internally at your school or district, but they may not be shared publicly, repackaged, or redistributed outside your organization.
If you’re interested in using resources across multiple campuses or with a district-wide team, please contact us to discuss extended licensing options.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
We’re committed to your success—if you have concerns about your experience, please reach out. We’re happy to troubleshoot or provide support.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Some courses or coaching packages may include payment plan options, which must be completed according to the terms selected at checkout.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension of access until the balance is paid.
5. Live Training & Coaching Policies
For programs that include live coaching or group calls:
- Please arrive on time and come prepared to engage.
- Sessions will be recorded and made available (when applicable)
- If you miss a session, you are responsible for reviewing the materials and catching up on any action steps.
6. Technology Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the ability to log into the platform used to deliver materials (Kajabi, Zoom, Google Drive, etc.).
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in any live session, comment area, or discussion space.
