📄 Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the Comprehensive Needs Assessment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

This purchase includes one Comprehensive Needs Assessment, which consists of:

  • A pre-assessment intake form

  • Two live sessions with the MCC team (up to 2 hours each)

  • A custom action planning document

  • SMARTIE goal-setting support

  • Optional access to discounted services or program upgrades

All services will be delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Policy

Full payment of $997 (or both installment payments of $550) must be completed before final materials are delivered. Payment is due at the time of checkout unless a custom invoice arrangement has been made in advance.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and consultative nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once the onboarding form is submitted or the first session is scheduled.

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for completing your onboarding form in a timely manner and scheduling your sessions within 30 days of purchase. Delays may impact the timeline of your action planning process.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during the assessment process will remain confidential and used solely for the purpose of supporting your school’s improvement planning.
