Champions of Change Academy – Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Champions of Change Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Overview

The Champions of Change Academy is a 12-month school leadership program that includes monthly coaching, professional development sessions, implementation tools, and strategic planning support. Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise arranged in writing.

2. Payment & Billing

The full program fee is $16,000 per school or district team. Flexible payment plans may be offered upon request (e.g., 2, 3, or 6 installments).

  • Payment must be made via credit card, ACH, or district-approved invoice.

  • If a payment plan is selected, all scheduled payments must be completed on time.

  • Full access to program materials and sessions requires payments to be up to date.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of this program and limited enrollment capacity, all sales are final.
 No refunds will be issued once onboarding has begun or the first coaching session has been scheduled. If you’re unsure whether this program is right for you, we encourage you to book a free consultation with Morgan prior to enrolling.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

It is the participant’s responsibility to schedule their coaching calls and attend live training sessions. Unused sessions will not roll over beyond the 12-month program period. Make-up sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.

5. Confidentiality & Content Usage

All content, tools, templates, and coaching materials are the intellectual property of Making Champions of Change and are provided for use within your school/district only. Sharing or distributing these materials beyond your registered team is not permitted without written consent.

All discussions and coaching sessions will remain confidential unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Program Access Duration

Access to coaching sessions, training materials, and resources is available for 12 months from the date of enrollment. After the program period, continued access may require additional agreement or renewal.
